The extremely stable body in one piece Neusilver is produced by the sintering process and then polished. During sintering, the starting materials are mixed, connected to each other by heating and brought into the desired shape. The hollow-ground blade made of stainless steel N690 is from Böhler forged and contributes to the incomparable appearance of the Scout with its memorable shape.

A classic Backlock takes over the locking and holds the blade securely open. The mechanism hidden inside the handle consists of a bolt rocker and a spring, and when the blade is unfolded, the bolt rocker engages a recess in the blade, thereby locking it in place. The rear end of the bolt rocker is not completely covered by the handle, but is partially exposed at the back of the handle so that it can be operated. If the exposed rear end of the bolt rocker is now pressed, the hook lifts out of the notch so that the lock is released and the blade can be folded.

The pleasantly shaped handle shells made of semi-transparent red Honeycomb complete the harmonious picture of the classic This Honeycomb-Shell material is based on a synthetic resin based on a fine Aluminium-Honeycomb structure is constructed. This gives the shell a fine silver-colored surface structure, coupled with the depth effect of the semi-transparent base material. This creates a completely new and particularly elegant appearance for our classic Böker Scout in combination with the mirror-polished blade and the polished nickel silver body.
